Leadership, Endurance, and Redemption.
Life doesn’t have a “maintenance” mode. You are either growing or you are dying. As a Christ follower, a father of six, a recovered alcoholic, and an endurance athlete, my life has been defined by a single, unwavering standard: Show up. Not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, and relationally. I make no excuses, I own my history, and I build systems and teams designed to thrive on absolute truth, intense discipline, and a mission greater than themselves.

Human Capital & Growth
True leadership isn’t about managing assets; it’s about engaging people. I learned early in my career how to scale teams from tens to hundreds by building cultures where people thrive. When people know exactly where they stand, experience accountability with love, and are rewarded honestly, they can capture market share and outperform expectations every single time.
Overcoming the Gaps
After a 2007 motorcycle accident left me in a wheelchair, I was told I’d never run or play sports. Since then, I’ve completed six 215 mile rides from Phoenix to Rocky Point on
a bicycle, a Half-Ironman, and an unknown number of miles on my feet. The lessons of endurance sports mirror corporate success: when you hit a wall, you don’t offer excuses—you grind through it because you’re capable of more than you realize.
Ownership & Integrity
Having dedicated 6+ years as a pastor and walking through the painful fire of recovery and divorce, I know the cost of leadership. True integrity means owning your mistakes completely and choosing to grow from them. I bring that pastoral heart and radical transparency to every organization, business, and relationship I touch.
